Description: The browser-based administration interface provides password protected access to an area that allows the administrator to view, add, and modify questions and answers; the knowledge based allows questions to be stored in an infinite number of sub-groups and sub-topics. A main capability of ASP Knowledge Base is the option of allowing the program to send e-Mail when a new question has been submitted by a user and answered by you, the administrator. The knowledge base also allows for users to e-Mail specific records to other users.
