The administrator doesn’t need to make corrections in the database himself, but he can authorize staff to do so. This enables him to concentrate on controlling 'database access' and 'database security', instead of worrying about the database updates and other concerns. Consider a large database, which has information that changes on a day-to-day basis. Thus, the administrator can keep track of developments by authorizing people to access the database and allowing them to make changes. It is quite user-friendly and easy-to-use. Even a person with basic computer knowledge can manage it. It has features that woudl make the task of Content Management fun and child's play.
