Description: This tool is designed to track "entities". One can attach files to such an "entity", own it, assign it, put alerts on it, prioritize it, etcetera. The tool is multi-lingual (currently available in English, Spanish, French, German, Brasilian Portuguees, Italian, Slovenian, Slovak and Dutch) and is fully customizable. Besides that your webmaster will need about half an hour to get it up and running, after which it takes about another 30 minutes to import your data - and off you go.
The advantage of CRM-CTT over similar software is the way it can be configured. Wether you want to register customer requests, computer assets, help desk tickets, or just your own to-do list (or all together in one database), it can be simply modified to act the way you like it to act. Virtually everything can be adjusted to your needs.
