Website CMS is a content management system with multiple users’ access where different levels of administrators have different rights to edit content of the database. It enables the administrator to share data with authorized people only, instead of a general audience, despite giving exposure to a wide number of visitors. Thus, the chief administrator has better command and control on the access and can keep track of editing in the content, despite giving wide excess. The main advantage rests in its ability to give access to as many people as the administrator chooses, rather than any limited number. The administrator doesn’t need to make corrections in the database himself, but he can authorize staff to do so. This enables him to concentrate on controlling 'database access' and 'database security', instead of worrying about the database updates and other concerns. Consider a large database, which has information that changes on a day-to-day basis. Thus, the administrator can keep track of developments by authorizing people to access the database and allowing them to make changes. It is quite user-friendly and easy-to-use. Even a person with basic computer knowledge can manage it. It has features that woudl make the task of Content Management fun and child's play.

Jesus Castagnetto, (co-author of "Professional PHP Programming") has created a derived class called CachedFastTemplate. As the name implies, it's used to cache dynamic pages that don't change all that often. This speeds up performance tremendously, as no dynamic solution will ever rival the sheer speed of a static page. I haven't had much of a chance to play with it yet, but it looks like fun.
