This tool is designed to track "entities". One can attach files to such an "entity", own it, assign it, put alerts on it, prioritize it, etcetera. The tool is multi-lingual (currently available in English, Spanish, French, German, Brasilian Portuguees, Italian, Slovenian, Slovak and Dutch) and is fully customizable. Besides that your webmaster will need about half an hour to get it up and running, after which it takes about another 30 minutes to import your data - and off you go.
The advantage of CRM-CTT over similar software is the way it can be configured. The reason I started making this script, because the Internet Magazine I work for (GamersHell.com) asked me to make an easy to manage contacts manager. I decided to go all out on this one and make a very detailed system that would make everything very easy. After I had completed it, I decided to modify it slightly and sell it to other people, because people seemed to really like it.
Basically this is a script that manages contacts (Contact Manager) by making an easy table layout with Company, Name, Importancy, Relationship and E-Mail address features. The script is easy to manage and uses MySQL Database. Next I will describe all the Contact Manager's features in detail to make it clear to you what the script does and how it works.
